Speak Up — Transparency Report

Imperial Ground runs a private feedback channel inside the member account called Speak Up. It's anonymous by default, with strong technical safeguards documented elsewhere. This page exists for one reason: to make the volume + categories of reports visible to anyone who wants to see them, so the channel's existence isn't taken on faith alone.

What's shown below is aggregate counts only: number of reports submitted, broken down by category and current resolution status. No message content, no member identity, no per-coach breakdown.

Acknowledgement timeline

Imperial Ground voluntarily aligns with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) timelines even though we're below the legal threshold: every report gets acknowledged within 7 days of submission, with a target outcome inside 3 months. The number below is the share of acknowledged reports that hit the 7-day target.

What this report doesn't tell you

Counts aren't outcomes. A report marked "resolved" doesn't necessarily mean the issue was fully addressed to the member's satisfaction — only that an admin marked it complete. The honest measure of whether Speak Up works is whether members feel safer raising hard things over time, and that's not visible from row counts. We add it to the room for honesty, not as proof.
